Please don't book flat in earthcon project they are fraud giving you on fake commitment , I am one of murga for this builder they commit me that they are offering his possession in march 2016 but now there is no chance to providing their possession in march 2018 until they start working in project , I am now paying my pre emi and rent which becoming unaffordable for me , So please do not book flat in earthcon builder go for ready to move flat which better opiton for any enquiry please contact me at priyakhanna9842@gmail.com

I booked 2BHK flat in Earthcon Sanskriti 2 yrs back with commitment that they are offering possession in march 2016 but God know when they offer. I tried to talk with their management they told me that they are facing financial issue. Even, Casa Royal buyers are facing the same issue. If you have any updates plz. share with us.

I work in IT industry and living in Gurgaon. I was looking for a property in Greater Noida, so I got to know about earthcon builder from one of my friend. So I decided to visit the property in Greater Noida. There I visited Sanskriti Apartment which was having ready to move property, believe me guys this was the best property in terms of quality and money. I booked 3BHK in Tower A - 1610 sqft and got the possession letter too as promised by earthcon.
But Earth con did not issue any possession letter in Casa Royal.

Buildings by Earthcon are not only quality constructed, but they are also environment friendly and provide larger green area in almost all the projects specially sanskriti apartments in greater noida.
