Hi..Shrachi Epicentre is an ongoing project of its builder.It is offering 12 and 3 bhk apartments. The best of this project is that it is situated in Rajarhat area. It is the most preferred residential location of Kolkata. I took a flat last month. Prices in this area will surely rise in near future.
Thanks Promit Dutta. But any idea what the price per sq feet will be like?
