Is it safe to buy in rosevista? what is the best price to get
Q: Hello All, Is this a good project to buy? will the developer complete all development in 1 year as promised? What is the best price in this area?

Hello Basheer, Taapsi Rose Vista by Taapsi Properties, located at Yelahanka, Bangalore is offering residential plots. Variants are available from 1500, 1800, 2400 sqft. and its per sqft rate is Rs.4250. It is a BDA approved project and banks such as LIC Housing Fin and PNB are funding this project. It is a completed project but still few plots are available in resale.
Isnt this price high for that location? BTW rosevista is just launched and not completed project
