Latest Pre launch projects in Pune
Q: Hi, I'm looking to invest in pune, Kindly suggest me some good pre launches in pune and surrounding areas?

How is nilesh samruddhi in Hadapsar, Pune developed by Nilesh Construction?? Any updates?? I heard that they have launched 1 bhk units of 642 sqft amenities like club house,Childrens play area,Jogging track,Gym,Generator back up for lift, Solar water heating system, etc.. Possession can be expected by April 2014 it seems. Price quoted was Rs 3994 per sqft..
