Hi Saran, Thanks for your answer. Recently I have started search (on line) for property in Bangalore within budget of below 40-50 lakh. Do you have information about top property for investment within that budget. Will Neo town will be in the list of most investible property? I don't think Electronic city is very good option but Neo town looks good for the reason that it will be kind of independent city with residential/shopping/office space. A ready to occupy house is available @3500/sft (immediate rental). But not sure about the reality and capability of builder to complete and manage the township.
