Need feedback on Vanshee builder
Q: Hi,I have visited "Vanshee builder" current ongoing project near to Marathahalli bridge, opposite to Kalamandir.. can somebody have information about this builder and their quality of construction and any other information that would be helpful? Current ongoing project name: Vanshee citadel G+3 and total 40 units and all are 2 BHK units onlyOnce again, requesting for reviews on this builder. Thanks in advance, rao

I also interested in this project. But I visited their last projects (Solitaire near railway bridge and Viceroy apartments on tulasi road) and heard very worrying things (legal isues,plan changes, no-khatha even now, huge delays) . Not sure how true. Request you also to visit these projects and post what you hear. Will decide based on that.I also interested in this project. Hello Sankar, many apartment including where I stay on rent have got A Khatha in lasy 1 year as long as papers are in place. I cant find any projects by this builder launched or delivered since 3 years. After my second visit , I have decided to not to take any chances. You can do yur check before proceeding.
