Bagmane Techpark infront of SVS Palms??
Q: It seems there's proposed Bagmane tech park in front of SVS Palms, is that true?

I am interested in this property...can anybody share some information that proves the apartment legally authentic... as they are saying that they will provide all the lagal documents only after depositing the booking amount. pls help
SVS Palms is approved by LIC and SBI.. I checked with SBI.. the housing department confirmed in their system that the project is approved.. the project being approved means it is a legal property..
