Q: What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project and also share the size range of the apartments?

My comments to replies
Nitesh Hunter Valley offers 2, 3 and 4 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1200 - 2515 sqft. The selling price of apartments in this project falls in the bracket of Rs 53.8 lakhs to Rs 1.13 crores.
Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4190 and but approvals there is no update as of now
