Site at PSR Icon Valley- what is the return expected
Q: Hi, I have been to this site recently and shown some vacant sites. I am in a fix as to whether or not to go ahead with this investment. Rate offered is RS 650/Sft. Could anyone throw some light on this regard ?

please do not go with this developer, its not yet cleared norms by LIC housing. I have had a bad bad experience with these folks and every time to call them, they say registeration will be done in a weeks time and that had been the scene since 4 months now. DO NOT GO FOR this property.
Did ur registration is done or not? Is layout is fully develpoed.

Q: Still today stage2 agreement has not done.
