i would like to buy DDA flat in Loknayak Puram (Bakkarwala). Could you please advice the forcast for the development and pice hike?

Hi, Mr Aggarwal, this apartments is located at a distance of 3.5KM from Mudka Metro station. As per the market price and to use as a benchmark and assist prospective buyers/sellers, user discretion is advised of the Flats (PLC Prime Location Charges/Rates are additional, Normally there is a difference of 5% to 10% between selling and Purchasing Rates.) There are different for different blocks,which block you are looking for. In gerenal the price range starts from Rs 20 lac to Rs 30.
