Hi Friend, Please donot buy any plots in Kanakashree layout, there is a dispute between kanakashree Layout and Surendra Babu in Court, the case is still pending in the court, i have all the documents related to that survey nos. please as for complete documents and mention you are going for Bank loan, then see their response. you will not get any loan from any Bank, simply they are creating hipe and increasing the rate. regards Kamalesha.B
