Q: Who is the builder of the project VRR Stone Arch and what is the future appreciation of the project?

Guys, I visited the site as it is very close to where I stay (Hennur Bande). The location is good (everything around is just barren, but being Hennur, it'll pick up soon). Also, it is just metres away from the villa properties that Sanjay Khan is building. VRR is quoting 3800 / sft. I'm not sure how cheap or expensive it is. Thoughts?
