Heard from a resident that the Administration is Tower 2 is crap (President - Padam kumar/ ankush known to be unreasonable and harass residents).
Q: I went there to check out an apartment for rent and he was unruly and asked me to get the owner along (the broker had the keys from the owner btw). Another owner I learnt from security when moving in was denied entry for his goods and asked to pay up 3k as moving in charges upfront! Does that even make sense when you are paying maintenance already? Y have such people in the association in the first place? some people are always headed for trouble.
