Lake View sales review.
Q: Most flats in Lake Vihar were already sold by previous builder, MLDC Muniraju. Now they are being re-sold and are all disputed cases. Anyone buying should be careful to check the previously signed agreement.

My comments to replies
Do not buy flats in Lake Vihar 2. The project is constructed on disputed land without the plan approval. The documents shown by the builder are all fake. they are forged and manipulated! There are cases filed in City Civil Court, with OS numbers below: OS 8304/08 OS 3466/10 OS 3467/10 Please BEWARE and keep away from this project.
Not only this there are multiple check bounce cases also pending against the builder. This money has come from some of the prospects buyer, who came to know the reality of the builder and tried to withdraw.
