Please avoid this project. The builders are big fraud. I booked a house in 2010 (3 years now). I have paid around 40%. they dont even have approvals for that flat. They might be very nice while taking bookings, but they dont care at all about the customers. Please go with a reputed builder. Learn from my mistake.Please avoid this project. My comments to replies
Hi, they are quoting Rs 3550 per sq ft for 2-3-4 bhks... They also have flexi plan, where the price differs from Rs 3540-3970 per sq ft.
Saurabh is right. Dont even think of buying here. Please avoid this project. The builders are big fraud. I booked a house in 2010 (3 years now).
