Q: What kind of sale deed (is it registered , is some stamp duty paid) is prepared for the transaction? And what is the transfer fee that needs to be paid? Do any banks fund the transaction?

Don't buy any property in DD as one broker told me that the flat can't be registered in ur name. there is a litigation from builder side for a long time. that's the reason u can find DD flat in much cheaper rate.Don't buy any property in DD as one broker told me that the flat can't be registered in ur name. there is a litigation from builder side for a long time. that's the reason u can find DD flat in much cheaper rate.
