Q: Pramamount has sent unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand, and forcing people to pay the same with no questions asked. I had made my all payments and I have all receipts and letters from Paramount regarding this. But last week I got new unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand. I’m trying to reach them but they are not picking my phone. They have started to do the same exact thing for which Indian real estate builders have a bad name and misuse the one sided agreements.

It haappened to us also but when we sent them a legal notice (My husband and self are lawyers) they retracted the demand letter thru an sms from Priyanka and have issued no fresh demand yet. Other flat owners let me know your story. We should allow the builder to cheat us on the pretext that their project was approved late and so our housing loans happened late. We are not responsible to pay such frivolous claims of interest that after 2.5 years.laIt haappened to us also but when we sent them a legal notice (My husband and self are lawyers) they retracted the demand letter thru an sms from Priyanka and have issued no fresh demand yet. Dear Nandini, I have also received similar demand lette for the interest due on late payments. Can you please share your contact details at 8860010075,for seeking further advice on what further action can be taken against the builder as your case is successfully resolved. Thanks in Advance Nikhil Goel
Hiii Nikhil it seems resolved as we never received a fresh demand again but u never know what they may come up with at the time of giving possession. We only told them that how their demand was unjustified and contrary their own previous demands / correspondence showing no dues or earliers demands being due from us and our payments being within time. probably the letter was sent on our letter head helped they knowing its difficult to justify their demand when talking to lawyers....
