Hello - I am looking at the possibility of buying a flat in Hemchayya.
Q: Any information regards the building would be very helpful.The details would be specially helpful regards what the rate per sq ft is right now, does the building have adequate security and is there any water problems.Any information would be helpful covering the plus and minus points.

Latest Answer: Hi Piya..Ballygunge is a very elite locality of Kolkata..Flats are bit expensive here. I think currently the prices in this area is around Rs 10620 per sq. ft. What type of apartment are you looking for and how much you can pay for that..??
