I have booked flat in Tiera B.
Q: I have booked flat in Tiera B. I have a doubt on completion of project by April '13. Does any one know the delay. There is no communication from Builder. The builder is very prompt in asking money but very slow in providing status.

Even I have heard that for Ceilo "C" owners, LODHA will refund the amount with 12% interest.

Hi Mr. Keskar, I had booked a flat in Tierra B and executives had told me that they have got NOC/CC upto 7th floor. I heard some problem with CC or something. Any updates?
