Need Lumbini Appartments Review!!
Q: Hi, Can you tell me about the construction Quality in Lumbini appartments near Belathur, Kadugodi? I have found a few cracks in the top floor flats.. Is it of major concern? Also let me know the right purchase price for 1050 sqft flat and also how much rent would the flat fetch?

Latest Answer: Thanks for your replies!! In most of the medium budget projects i have visited, I have noticed cracks in the top floors. I am unable to decide as neither Owner nor the builder would give an unbiased opinion. As the flat am looking at is in the lowest floor would it affect in anyway as i do not see any cracks in the concerned flat. Please let me know how this can be evaluated!!
