Why the Neptune Swarajya has still not completed any one sector what he is committed to the customers while booking(i.e. he confirm that the customer will get the possession of the flats with 03 years of time.
I think it is already 3 years have passed, but non of the sector has been given ready by the builder. What is the reason, can any body will answer me.
This project was started in 2009 with the commitment of completion within 2 years..many mangers have been changed from Sales office at Ambivali..and i have been listening from last three years that it will take some time or will be completed within 6 months..but nobody knows as when the project will be completed..!!! even Neptune's management also don't know about it..????? They have many reasons and i am bug of to listen the same reason again and again..

Neptune Group is one of the reputed and trustworthy name on the horizon of the infrastructure and real estate development industry in India.
If it has name just because of its work..wat about the neptune Swarajya project which is still pending from last 5 year????

As far as I know they are very customer centric and have successfully completed their projects.
CUSTOMER CENTRIC DOESN'T WORK, UNLESS U FULFILL THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENT..!! IF THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED DID U KNOW WHAT CAUSE OF DELAY IN POSSESSION???
