This entire project is a perfect example of bad management. I have my cash stuck in here for over 3 years now and disha has NEVER EVER got in touch with me even a single time with any update on this project.This entire project is a perfect example of bad management. Latest Update:- Apparently they've finished setting up the locality. One would have thought that they would have hired a construction company and took in orders to construct villas but that is not the case. Instead, they didn't both to call/email and let people know that houses are ready to be constructed. Also, instead of handling villa construction themselves, when you call them, they tell you that you've got to manage construction on your own. Also, their sales/management team, whoever it is that answers the calls doesn't bother to tell you if there is something in the pipeline for them to undertake construction of villas for the people. All-in-all, awesome wellness city with absolutely no people in it, all you will see is barren land with wild animal statues all over the place, oh and yes, a "Club House" with no people.
