Q: One of project launched in Mamurdi pune with the name of Urban forest they donot have bank approval now builder name is rainbow housing and rate 3400 INR/sq ft. Pl. advise

Hi Sunil, as per my knowledge they are giving possession by end of 2014.. How will the builder afford to do that if it has got no approvals? Hope they don't play with our hard earned money..

I have heard that the land is not approved by PCMC and it is still under government. Please confirm once with the registrar's office..

but rate of 3400/sq ft is really justified for that area ? there is nothing nearby to site presently & will take at least 3-5 years for development. pls comment.
that place better then wakad I know how was wakad 2 years before please understand that place is in PCMC but hinzawadi and wakad still not in PCMC that makes big difference about future value

I have booked 2bhk here.all above things happens down the time line and with that rise in rates.rainbow housing is good construction company and have many creditable projects in their account.pebble1 pebble2 etc
