Q:
i too have booked flat in man opus ......looking at the bugdet flat. But looking at the prevaling situation , i am feel and did i mistake. Now neither i can ask for my 20 % amount nor i can't sale the flat. Don't know when this query will reslove.

Hi Rajesh, I had booked a flat in this project and I was told that the construction work will be done by March 2014.. But still there is not much progress at the site. It is like wasting our hard earned money on something which is not ours..

Hi Mr Vineet & Mr Rajesh, even I had booked an unit at MAN OPUS on April 2011. Their people told that the project wll be completed by end of 2013.. But seeing the pace, I don't think it will ever get completed.. What a waste! Few days back, I had called their head office and they are still saying project will be ready by the time commited.

Does anyone know when the registration is going to start for a flat which is purchased in this project?? At the time of purchasing, it was told by June 2012, it will be done.. I have also heard that they do not have proper approvals after I booked a flat.. Is it true?
