I am looking to settle down at Platinum City.
Q: Need info on the following:1. Flats for sale, 3 BHK, including duplex. 2. How is the water & electricity situation? 3. What are the monthly maintenance charges? 4. What amenities are there? 5. How many flats share a swimming pool? 6. How many flats are there & how many are occupied? 7. Is there a society formed? What is the driving time from Platinum city to: 1. Hesargatta Road (Acharya Institute of Technology)? 2. Christ College Bangalore?

My comments to replies
The project is around 11kms from Hesargatta Road (Acharya Institute of Technology) so it will hardly take 20-30 mins. Christ College, Hosur Main Road is around 17 kms from the project and the road is full of traffic jams so travelling time will be approximately 1 hour.
