We are interested to buy 2-3 bhk apartment at DLF town, Elita Garden Vista or Unitech Vista.
Q: We are interested to buy 2-3 bhk apartment at DLF town, Elita Garden Vista or Unitech Vista. Our budget is 55-60 lakhs, please let me know if any thing is available directly from the owner or builder, as we are trying to avoid brokers. Also how easy it is to commute from action are 1 to DLF and Elita without a car.

I am talking with many brokers as well as builders including DLF, Elita Vista, Highland Willows etc. but my 1st preference is to look for a ~1200 sqf 2bhk flat in Action area II & it seems that is little tough to get with this budget.
