Hi, I am planning to buy a 2BHK flat in or around Hyderabad.
Q: Mostly preferring western part. but i noticed that the ECIL area near Hussain sagar lake has lower costs. could anyone tell me why so? what are the issues with that area that even gated communities are at lower costs? Thank you.

Latest Answer: Hi Anup..i agree that in Jul-Sept quarter of 2012, the per sq ft price depreciated and reached to Rs 2208 but in last quarter of 2012, price appreciated to Rs 2318 per sq. ft. Click flats for sale in ECIL to see more details.
