Availability in Silver Crest
Q: Am looking for 3 BHK here or 2 adjoining 2 BHKs. Please let me know if you have any.

Hey KD, There is a 3BHK flats available for sale in Prestige Silver Crest and the price of the apartment is around Rs 1.3 crores.
Balaji, I have just heard of 1 availability on 3rd floor. I prefer one with a terrace landscape on the ground floor. The other thing is I am still not sure whether 1.3 Cr is a good price for the area config, new launch and a disputed property.
