I'm afraid anything more than 70 should be thoroughly negotiated. I seriously doubt what are people selling in for 90 Lacs. The quality isn't definitely like Sobha or Brigade and at the same time it's ain't that bad. Given the property costs around Hennur I would say GP is definitely a good one to choose. I'm not too confident that A-block hand over would be done by time given my experiences here but had a very good relation and help from the GP team (Kormangala branch). I was very happy with their services. There are definitely some ready to move in flats for sale too, but anything more than 70 lacs is too much to afford, it's just for the hype factor you're paying so keep your expectations low!
