BWSSB and KPTCL charges
Q: Hi, What is exactly BWSSB and KPTCL? How much the cost will come altogether in Yelahanka Newtown area. My builder took 1,75,000 as BWSSB & KPTCl charges. I'm staying in my apat for the past 6 months and the water is getting from bore well connection. Now the builder is saying that there is No Cauvery connection in Yelehanka. so i'm confused. Is BWSSB for Cauvery connection,also? Some of my apartment people told me that the builder didn't take money from them for BWSSB. if it includes Cauvery connection, can I fight for that? Pls advise me.

Yeah you can ask the builder why he has not taken money from other owners. Was the BWSSB & KPTCl charges mentioned in the documents which was provided by him.
yes. It is mentioned in the cost sheet. But in that they also mention that "the purchaser has no right to ask about the price differences that they are giving to other people". So my question is whether this BWSSB includes Cauvery water supply also. because the builder is not going to provide that. If BWSSB includes, cauvery connection then I can fight for that. Hope u could help me.
