Hey Rajat, will you tell me what is the selling price of your residence in Raheja Oma? And what are the amenities available in that project? I have heard that there are many IT companies in Dharuhera, so can we expect good rental demand there?
Yes, IT in Gurgaon-Manesar and Industrial in Manser-Bhiwadi.. so rental yields are high..Price is 3075/SF+ other charges. Size 1693 Sq ft. 2+Study with large terrace

What is current BSP ?
From developer it's 3375 I think.. I can sell at 3075 bsp
