From August 2012 work is stopped for Hillcrest.
Q: Construction is stopped for Hillcrest JVLR. From August 2012 work is stopped for Hillcrest. Does anyone have idea what is the actual problem and when work will start again?

I had heard they have constraints in revenue which has led to stoppage of construction for time being..
I heard that there is a stay order from environmental issues. But not sure what is the exact problem.

Q: Heard that project is delayed even further and work is almost standstill. In this scenario what is likelihood of completion?

Hi Guys, I had booked a 1 BHK flat in this building on the 15th floor. The latest is that they have changed the floor plan and are making only 2BHKs. So, If you guys have booked a 1BHK , you will have to get your money back. I am also trying to get my money back. Please let me know what you guys are considering as the course of action here
