Expected Rent?
Q: Dear members, I would like to know the kind of realistic rent I can expect for a 2020sq ft semi furnished apartment with 2 covered car park in D-Block? From couple of experts I gathered that the current rate is around 32 Rs per sqft and 3000Rs per car park. Please let me know your thoughts. Regards, Sridhar Javagal (Owner)

Does the Rs 32 psf rate INCLUDE the maintenance dues or is that over and above that amount? Also, anyone have any idea what one can expect for fully furnished (as in all furniture, fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine, beds, ACs, etc.)? Are you still looking for a car park rental? For some reason I keep getting emails from common floor (with your name) but when I click it takes me to page says that it is a phished page.
