Latest Answer: I don’t even want to waste time in writing lengthy reviews about Aashraya Serenity(by Aashraya Infra, Office is in HSR Layout) but for the benefit of people who are planning to buy a flat in Aashraya Serenity near DLF new town, my advice is stay on rent somewhere else rather than investing 45~50 lakhs and then repenting. The key reasons for the above mentioned statements are, 1) Project is deviated more than 50% from the BBMP plan 2) Getting A Khatha is highly difficult until Builder pays penalty to BBMP for the deviations 3) Builder will only provide B Khatha, with which you can not resale the flat, coz you will not have occupancy certificate from BBMP 4) Illiterate useless Marketing guys would be waiting at the site to fool you with lot of false assurances, 1 of them even claims that he is the 2nd person to get highest salary in Aashraya Infra group and if you are curious about the 1st person he will say the builder himself:-) so beware!!
