Sir, my questions relate to Marutham Florence apartments at PONDICHERRY and not anywhere near Irumbuliur gate.Since the property /flats so described is reported to be in Reddiarpalayam, In Raghavendra nagar Pondicherry and since I am in pondicherry, I have raised these questions. So I request specific answer regarding the exact location , distance from PONDY-Villianur road and price/sq.ft. My comments to replies
Hello Ramesh...Marutham florence is offering only nine units. These include both 3 bhk and 2 bhk apartments. Irumbuliyur lake is very close to this project. As per my knowledge the current price running in Pallikaranai area is around Rs 4307 per sq. ft.
your answer does not relate to my questions.
