What about the future of Freehold plots in Noida Sec-165?
Q: What about the future of Freehold plots in Noida Sec-165, like in Vatika Enclave, Madhuban Enclave, etc.Master plan 2021 showing Sectors 165 under SEZ...Any comments?

My comments to replies
I am not sure about the SEZ issue. But the area has good investment potential so I think it is good to invest in that place. I dont think there will be SEZ in place of residential projects.. may be the SEZ is located nearby.. If not the developers would have been legally incorrect in building projects in that place..
