Hi, My friend inquired about this project in detail with some one who is bases in chennai. Said the builder is a very good builder and the quality of construction is also very good. It seems they are providing piped gas connection and also the power backup is provided in all the rooms (one light and one fan). Can any of the owners suggest rate which i can negotiate with them. I was offered 3595 with pre-emi and 3395 with out pre-emi. But i went to Narne Homes office which is opp to the site. They are selling the land owners share.
