I have sales agreement a with builder and paid 95% of total amount.
Q: Subbarao has a sale agreement with Modi builders. Subbarao has paid 95% of the total agree amount. Now Subbara wish to sell the property to Apparao. Appara would like to take loan from bank. When bank grans the loan top apparao, The cheque has to be issued by bank. Whether the cheque will be given on Subbarao's name or Apprao's name or Builder Modi's name?

Latest Answer: Hi..Aveek .. Subbarao has paid 95% of the total agree amount. i think builders hand over sales agreement papers after complete payment. Why don't you make the complete payment..get the required papers and then transfer the ownership to the second person. You can do the transaction of money internally.
