Silver Pearl is one of the ongoing project by Ahad Builder and the expected possession date is by 2014. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and all the leading banks. I liked the project and I am planning to book a flat in the same.

Hey Abhinandan, What is the rate per sqft they are quoting? How is the reputation of the builder?
i huess they raised the rate by 250 rs in jan. it was 3200 in dec .correct me if i am wrong
