I got my documents yesterday . There were talks over the guideline value, and now that it is fixed, the documents have been delivered. Had to pay the difference in cost for the registration though. Have you checked with Jefry or the manager. You should have got the documents by now. They have applied for patta and I should get the same within 2 months.
