its totally blunder project, still higher floor construction is going, while we booked it was said that possession will be in 2010, and all slums will be cleared but i don t think it will happen till 2016..2017.
it is covered from all sides by slums and sra building is just 8 feet adjacent to evershine cosmic. sra building people will be viewer for swimming pool users. hope all slums will clear, as its very difficult to get through entrance which is covered by all slum tapori over there, its really difficult to stay there till slums are cleared. we have decided to give the flat on rent whenever we get the possession.
Hi Mr Jain.. Yes you are true.. I heard that Ravi group is facing some allegations from locals over there and that is the reason the construction has been stopped. Because of slums covering the four sides, it is making it really worst scenario to live. It may take another 3 to 4 years to complete the construction. My friend had booked a flat in 2005 and its 8 years and still no possession..
ha ha hope your friend get possession soon, if its on upper floors like above 17 then it may take 3 years more...

Buyers who had bought from 1st to 17th floors have got possession.. I had a thought of booking an apartment here. But then looking at the surroundings, I had to change my mind..
how people can live where in the same building upper floors are still under construction
