If some one already went with this pre-emi scheme with ozone please let me know if you have signed the tri-party agreement.
Q: Since the Tri-Party Aggrement mentions that Ozone Is going to pay the Pre-Emi till 31-March-2015 and not till possession. Pre-Emi in Ozone Urbana Aqua

Latest Answer: Pre EMI is a scheme where you will be paying around 200Rs per sqft more than the normal scheme but the advantage is right now you will be paying only 20% of the total amount and the rest (95% of 80%) of the amount will be disbursed by bank immideatly and you need not want to pay the EMI till the possession. So there is not risk of delay in construction but you are paying 200Rs/Sqft to evade this risk.
