Hi raja..are you planning to buy a flat in Ruby Grand..?? The locality seems good..this project is offering 2 and 3 bhk apartments of size ranging between 575 sq ft to 1454 sq ft. etc.
is it worth to buy for that price (3900/sqft)?

Hi raja..do you think any flats would be available for sale in Ruby Grand..?? You can try Diksha Flats and VGN Milano Square in Selaiyur only. I am sure you will find flats there.
