Any one bought flat in prime residency manikonda and what is the price

Hi ..a semi furnished 2 bhk apartment in Prime Residency would cost you around Rs 30 lakh to Rs 33 lakh. What are you looking for.??

Hi, I too am looking for 2bhk in Prime Residency and builder is quoting 2700/psft. Any one please let me know if its good deal or not?
ask for 2500, as he is ready to give at that price around 1 to 2 months back...
