Cost of flat in MJR pearl
Q: Hi Friends, I am planning to book flat in MJR Pearl. At present they are quoting 3390 per sq feet. Kindly suggest me reasonable cost at which I should go for booking. If somebody is planning to book please let me know. We can go together and negotiate properly. With Regards, Raj Kumar Singh

Have u guys booked in MJR Pearl. What prices did u finally get. Now they are quoting 3490 and 3590(premium) as base price with Rs 25 for every floor rise. Have u guys booked in MJR Pearl.
