Hi Rahul, I have not heard about any such cases yet, Allahabad bank is financing the project, SBI has some issues with financing HL. Dear Friends You know me as coordinator to NSSWO (a JNU Society) for IRIDIA project at sector 86 Noida. I am also one of the allotee in the project and am effected by the ongoing issues between the Noida Authority and builder of the project. In the view of ongoing issue we feel that you all are clueless and in a state of confusion, therefore, some of us have decided to meet for the following 1. To form a Buyers Welfare Association/Group to represent all buyers in the project 2. To formulate our strategy during this period of crises: i) How to involve ourselves in the process of court hearing as at the end of the day we are who are being effected the most ii) How to make the Bank consider this period as Zero Period for us and restrain it to disburse any further payment to the builder as well as does not mention this as default on our part.(on cibil etc) 3. To formulate a strategy to safeguard our hard earned money etc These are only few points of discussions. Any
