You should be very carefull because this buider has already cheated people in his commercial project. he raised undue demand and charge interest and if u raised issue, your booking will be automatically cancelled. more over this the rate shown is very high as quoted on the official website. original rate given to the dealer is around 4000 and u can get the property in resale at Rs. 3500.
