Documents verification
Q: Has anyone completed the documents verification process through a real estate lawyer? My lawyer says certain things are missing, although he highlights the positive points. But I'm still confused whether to go ahead or not. Pls share similar thoughts. Potential buyers like us, need to form a group to discuss more.

My comments to replies
I did legal verification through a real-estate lawyer and purchased a villa. All documents look fine. No concerns raised by lawyer. Overall, the project looks great. Work is in progress currently. Looks like a good buy if you are looking for a villa in Sarjapur Rd area.
Villas are still available there? what is the current price they offer? deals are by cheque?
