Hi Kathikeyan...Perumbakkam is a suburb of the southern Chennai...every area has three ranges of price i.e
Highest, Average and Low Locality Price...i think your flat near sithalapakkam lake comes under last category of price. And here the price range here is around Rs 3300 per sq ft to Rs 3900 per sq ft.
thanks for ur response.. I agree that perumbakkam is a suburb of south chennai.. but the place i mentioned is just 3 kms away from medavakkam junction which is the fastest developing area in chennai as per sources..

Hi.. It is Stepsstone Atchuta. This builder seems to be growing company .. They ve completed around 40 projects but most of them are small projects like 4 or houses... But as per my research this builder seems to be a good builder
