Clarification required for other charges (Rs 175000)
Q: Hi, I am interested in this project and want to purchase 2BHK. When i went to the site and spoke to the concerned officila about cost structure. They are asking for Rs 1750000 as other charges which needs to be paid in cash once the booking maount is given. There will not be any receipt that will be paid to me other than the receipt for booking Amount. Kindly let me know the bifurcation of this Rs 1750000. Also, why is the receipt not paid for this amount ? If i assume this amount to be Society charges, corpus finds etc then it should be paid at the time of possession not now. Pls help me with these queries. Regards, PK

Thanks Ramesh. Yes. i understand that. But they are saying that we do not provide receipt for this amount and also, the booking will only be confirmed if the said amount is paid to them. They will just be providing the receipt for Booking amount after the receipt of Rs 175000. Suggest me, what to do in this case.?Thanks Ramesh. Yes. i understand that.
